| Collin with a nice Upper Potomac Largemouth |
My brother and I have been fishing the Upper Potomac in Loudoun county almost every evening for the past two weeks. The fishing is slowly getting better and the Largemouth are very willing to bite. In all these trips we still have not caught a smallmouth. Once they return to action the fishing will really take off and we will begin to take some float trips. Regular rains are keeping the river and feeder creeks slightly stained so darker colored lures worked slowly are producing the most strikes.
